Domestic Shipping
FREE Shipping for domestic orders within the contiguous United States! (Excluding our Collegiate Hangers Collection.)
In stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CST during standard business day’s ship out same day, all other orders ship the following business day to help ensure your hanger needs are covered.
Currently we do not offer free shipping to the following: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific.

Delivery
We ship all of our orders through UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically can be delivered anywhere in the US between 4-7 business days depending on shipping service selected. Estimated delivery can be seen at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.
Taxes & Duties
Prices displayed on the website do not include duties or taxes.
Order Tracking Information
Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email:
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.
Order History:
You can also track your order in your order history.
Sign into your account and click Order History. If you used Guest Checkout and do not have a Royal Hangers account, just click Order Tracking at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.
Click "View Order" in your order history.
Click "Track Items" to get the tracking information for your order.
It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
Refused Shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at info@RoyalHangers.com or call 1-800-779-0237 so we can get you sorted.
If you refuse your order or any part of it without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties and taxes.
Redirecting An Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
