Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your hangers must be in the same condition that they were received, unused and in its original packaging. If hangers are returned unpacked (without the protective padding around each hanger), your return will NOT be accepted due to the damage this would cause to the hangers during shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a UPS return shipping label to your preferred email address, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Once you receive your prepaid return label, please affix the label on the original box your hangers were received in and drop it off at your nearest UPS location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We have the right to refuse any return depending on the circumstances. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items (all discounted items are final sale).
Exchanges
Like returns, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. If you are interested in exchanging your item, please email info@RoyalHangers.com or call 1-800-779-0237 and we will assist you in exchanging for a different item(s) equivalent to the value of your original order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation

During our standard hours of operation only (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST), you have up to 30 minutes from the time you click Submit Order to cancel it by calling us at 1-800-779-0237 or emailing info@RoyalHangers.com.
